Peter Lissek discovered magic at the age of 16. Due to his talent he managed to win the second price at the International Congress of Magic in Karlovy Vary (Czech Republic) only four years later. In addition, he functioned at the Magical Circle of Hoyerswerda. Later on, he was head of the Magical Circle of the university in Chemnitz (Karl-Marx-Stadt), where he studied education science. Peter Lissek became so popular that he won the art price of the city in 1988. In the meantime, he moved back to his hometown Rochlitz. But still he's keen on having a look at international magic every now and then. So he still participates in contests, and he also meets other magicians to teach them new tricks. Besides, he also juggles with money in his full-time job at BVF, where he managed to conjure some savings for all his clients.
